Acceptance

By using Heartwood, you agree to these Terms. Heartwood is a connection and matchmaking service operated by Offscript LLC ("Heartwood," "we," "us"). You must be 18 or older to use Heartwood.

The service

Heartwood helps people connect based on what they're looking for and what they can offer. We share your details with another user only after both of you mutually opt in to connect. Heartwood is a first-party connection tool; we do not broker, rent, or sell contact lists.

SMS program terms

• By opting in, you consent to receive recurring SMS match notifications and related messages from Heartwood at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of using the service.
• Message frequency varies (typically 2–6 messages per week).
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Supported carriers and program availability may change.

Acceptable use

Be honest and respectful. Don't use Heartwood to harass others, to send unlawful, harmful, or sexually explicit content, or to collect or resell other users' contact information. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimers & liability

Heartwood is provided "as is." We don't guarantee any particular match or outcome. To the extent permitted by law, Offscript LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
